Terms of payment

All excursions are considered  private and individual tours, created after your needs and desires.
The price depends on  your choice of  transports and the duration of the tour.
The rates for tour guide services and terms of payment are fixed by the Region Campania. Call me or write an email. I’ll answer personally!

Terms of cancellation:

The cancellation of the guide service till 5 working-days before the appointment will be free. Up to 24 hours before the start of the tour we will charge you 30% of the total amount.  After these terms a 100% of the agreed price for the guiding and eventual additional services is due.

Means of payment

• Bank Transfer (Pay by bank transfer. Please contact me for further details. Once we receive the payment we will e-mail you – within 48 hours – the excursion voucher valid as final confirmation with all details about pick-up and timings.)
• Cash (Cash the same day of the excursion, in this case we ask for a credit card number with expiration date as guarantee, we do not charge anything from the credit card.)
• PayPal (We accept pre-payment only by Paypal Secure System. Once we receive the payment we will e-mail you – within 48 hours – the excursion voucher valid as final confirmation with all details about pick-up and timings.)
